Responsible for managing the whole recruitment side of a large corporate account for multiple simultaneous searches across all of North America. Coordinate with client’s HR group weekly on each role, set up research, target selection, candidate short listing, resume processing, assessments, submission and interview preparation for all level of candidates. Also manage outside Research as needed and other internal recruiting resources required to keep the client’s pipeline full.

JSH Hydroponics is one of Houston's premier hydroponics and microgreen suppliers in Houston. JSH sells their products to many prominent restaurants in and around the Houston area.
