My practice focuses on the representation of employers in labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on issues arising out of the National Labor Relations Act. I have experience representing employers during union organizing campaigns and election proceedings, during unfair labor practice proceedings, and in labor arbitrations. I also have experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements, both for newly organized employers and for employers with legacy contracts. I also provide advice and counseling regarding contract compliance, single and joint employer issues, and other matters with labor implications.In addition to my management-side labor work, I've worked on complex employment litigation matters, including California wage and hour class actions, employment discrimination class actions, and trade secret cases.
