I am an individual who is passionate about software development.My Microsoft stack experience includes: ASP .NET Web API, .NET Core, .NET Windows Forms, .NET WPF, Windows Services, Console Applications, and deploying apps on IIS. Within .NET, I have used the object relational mappers (ORM) Entity Framework and Dapper to connect to SQL Server databases.I have experience building REST API’s using Node.js, specifically the Express framework. I have used the front-end javascript framework AngularJS while building several web applications, and have since transitioned to using the lightweight and easy to use Vue.js as my front-end framework of choice. Experienced in working with SQL Server databases and familiar with architecting databases to meet the requirements for a software project. I also have experience with the popular document database MongoDB.Designed and created various reports using Microsoft’s Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, and SAP’s Business Objects for clients. This included meeting with them to determine their needs and deliver reports that presented them with valuable information for their business. Examples of data presented in reports include safety related data, compliance data, KPI’s, weekly/monthly trends etc..Enterprise application building software: I have used the platforms K2 and OutSystems, which are low code application building platforms, to build a great deal of web and mobile applications for a large client.On top of all of the software development experience I have, I am also skilled with meeting clients to gather their expectations and software requirements, define project scope, plan development sprints, and show off new features.
