• Load Sales Orders, using Syteline 8 ERP System; supporting Matador Resources drilling rigs. Job orders consist of Wellheads, Tubing Heads, and Production Tree Assemblies• Build shop router packets for each piece of equipment requiring to be built and communicate those needs with the Production Shop• Forecast equipment needs based on customer’s drilling rigs schedule• Review inventory levels and communicate any shortages to Gatekeeper• Review possible part number substitutions for parts that are not on hand• Process Purchase Order Requests to Subcontract Vendors• Post out Sales Orders when equipment physically ships• Process pricing tickets after posting and upload into Finance Well File System• Coordinate the required logistics to move the built equipment from Shop to Drilling Rig• Coordinate with casing vendors on getting landing joints cut and threaded and run tools installed• Provide monthly financial forecast • On Call 24/7

• Execute and Manage two Long Term Service Agreement, three Preventative Maintenance Agreements, one Government Contract, and Transactional Orders as Assigned• Key Customer Point of Contact 24/7 • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate project work scopes for the scheduled service activities • Compile service reports of completed work performed and distribute to the customer. • Monitor the financial standing of the contracts, ensuring there are no excessive or misallocated costs applied• Conduct lessons learned after completion of Engine Exchange transaction or major work scope to include obtaining customer survey• Work with the Commercial and Sales teams to develop proposals for upgrades, part sales, and service work not covered within the contract scope• Source material and negotiate with vendors as required and develop Purchase Requisition in iFlight MRO system• Travel as required both domestically and internationally
