The future of technological and engineering personnel development are of great interest to me. These areas significantly impact each other's progression and need continuous work to develop the best outcomes. This interest promoted my choice to complete a double degree from the University of Adelaide: - Engineering (Honours) (Mechanical) – Mechatronics and Robotics Major- Mathematical and Computer Sciences - Computer Science MajorThe experience I have gained in customer service, management, and Defence Engineering positions convinced me to continue my career with Defence. I am currently a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a focus in this field but am also attempting to gain as much cross-discipline knowledge as possible.Outside of Technical Engineering, I am working to foster a deep culture of continuous development through inter-level support and training. I am also developing my own leadership and management capabilities by taking any opportunities that arise.By improving myself and working to uplift and upskill everyone around me I aim to become a technologically adept and experienced leader. This will further my ability to help develop some of the most advanced and complex technologies available.
