I'm a recent graduate from Southwest Baptist University. As a Computer Information Science graduate, I'm fascinated by the intersection of business and computer science. I'm currently working as a technical support engineer at Duck Creek Technologies. Support Engineer
As a technical support engineer, it is my responsibility to manage up to 8 to 28 customer support cases at a time. Within this role my responsibilities include communicating with technical and non-technical customers, solving technical customer problems, producing development solutions to customer problems, escalating cases to development teams, moving cases to the more appropriate teams, etc. In addition to these base responsibilities, I have also added to my responsibilities by joining the qualification team, helping to further develop the qualification team, assisting in the training of new hires to the support engineering team, etc.
