On March 2014, Rogers Mechanical decided to open an office in DFW, TX and asked me to move and operate the TX branch. Since then I have been promoted to Senior Project Managers and my responsibilities are as follows- Running and operating the Texas office- Estimating Projects- Preparing design-build and value engineered projects- Negotiating contracts and prices- Obtain permits for jobs- Purchasing equipment and material for projects- Reviewed and submitted submittal data- Assign Jobs to subordinates- Direct task, jobs and projects- Attend and participate in owners meetings- Ensuring that the projects were continuing on schedule- Coordinated work with other trades- Prepared RFI's- Create change orders- Ensured that the Installation was installed as per mechanical plans and code - Prepared and submitted close out documents

On May 2012, I started working with Rogers Mechanical as a Project Manager, during this time I managed jobs in Indiana, Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. After college, I began working as a supervisor for Certified Air. The following were my responsibilities- Supervising and scheduling the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems in the commercial Industry- Assign Jobs to subordinates- Direct task, jobs and projects- Attend and participate in weekly meetings- Ensuring that the project is staying on schedule- Coordinate work with other trades- Prepare RFI's- Ensured that the Installation was installed as per mechanical plans and code - Assisting in the startup process and assuring that the system is functioning as designed- Training owners how to use and maintain their systems- Going on service calls when systems were down and explain the repairs to customers

During after school hours, I would work as an installer for Certified air. My responsibilities were Installing, repairing and replacing HVAC systems for Schools, government buildings and commercial businesses.
