I practiced law in my hometown of Bolivar, Tennessee, at Denton & Cary for six years prior to founding Grant & Sain, PLLC with my partner, Noble Grant, in March of 2016. I practice primarily in the area of real estate law, assisting individuals, families, and businesses in real estate transactions, and also in title examinations, title insurance, contract formation, leases and landlord tenant law, and business formation. I am a title agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, and an approved settlement provider for Title Center of the South. I also work with individuals in the drafting of their wills and power of attorneys, as well as with decedent’s heirs concerning their loved one’s estate through the probate process. I am a member of the American Land Title Association. I served as the city attorney for LaGrange, Tennessee from 2012 – 2016, and I have been the municipal court judge for Grand Junction, Tennessee since 2011. I am married to Melessa Sain, and we have a daughter, Livvy, and a son, Hagan. We are members of the Pleasant Plains Church of Christ.
