In this position I managed the operations of the company, maintenance of accurate record keeping, administration, reviewing data entry, policies, procedures and reporting. I was responsible for the production planning and coordinating of all manufactured products to meet customer’s requirements, delivery schedules and company standards. Developed and initiated the successful rollout of lean measures to drive performance. Maintained balanced rostering for efficient work coverage to achieve financial and performance targets. Contributed to profitability through savings by imparting knowledge to team members in identifying and reducing shrinkage to increase profit. I managed a multi-million-dollar department including being accountable for legislative compliance and regulations. Being highly creative, I arranged items in the store observing high level of execution of visual merchandising to attract customers. I also provided guidance and facilitated processes for team members through the injury management procedures. Diligently, I reviewed and analysed data on the Net Promotor Score results to enhance customer experience. Enthusiastically, I replenished stock on store floor and make sure that the shop is ready to receive customers at the beginning of the next day. I maintained required targets consistently to complete all the tasks in the allocated time. With extreme efficiency, I handled products and equipment in accordance to safety guidelines including powered MHE. To ensure timely completion of tasks, I worked in a fast and efficient manner in handling loads of products. Moreover, I performed other tasks as required by the management such as visual merchandising.
