I am a Registered Physiotherapist and the Cofounder of Modern Physiotherapy and Training. My passion is in the rehab of athletes, active individuals and frontline workers. I am particularly passionate in the pre and post operative management of ACL tears. My management of ACL tears includes the use of progressive rehab protocols, early gym strengthening, blood flow restriction training and lab quality biomechanical testing for return to sport. Patients of mine can expect a passionate Physiotherapist that genuinely cares about the rehab and overall well being of his patients. I take the time to listen and answer all questions related to your injury concerns and provide easy to understand injury education and management options. My rehab programs have a strong bias towards strength and conditioning as I believe this to be the cornerstone of most successful rehab plans. In addition to strength and conditioning I am highly skilled in manual therapy and dry needling which I utilize to modulate pain to better allow my patients to be active in their rehab program.
