I focus on oil and gas information for real estate buyers. This information is provided through my company, Waste Analytics LLC. The information on oil and gas issues on property is provided in our WellFacts(TM) reports. Before starting Waste Analytics, I was the president of Scott Energy Technologies LLC. At Scott, we provided next generation drilling waste management solutions to reduce both cost and liability for oil and gas companies. The knowledge I gained from over 20 years of oilfield waste management was the basis for the creation of Waste Analytics. I have been a frequently sought-after speaker on solid drilling waste risk mitigation and have enlightened audiences on the subject at The Society of Petroleum Engineers, Texas A&M University, and Utah State University, among others. I have also served as a team member on the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council’s team for Solidification/Stabilization, which published the Technical/Regulatory Guidance Document, Development of Performance Specifications for Solidification/Stabilization. Additionally, I have received several U.S. patents, a Canadian patent and a Mexican patent, in solid waste management. I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s at Texas Christian University.
