As a Partnerships Specialist at Bay Valley Tech, I leverage my psychology degree and technical skills in React.js, CSS, and JavaScript to create and maintain strategic relationships with employers, community organizations, and educational institutions. I also serve as an instructor at Paradigm Tech & Innovations, where I design and deliver a technology-based curriculum to juvenile inmates, expanding their minds and opening new opportunities for them. In addition, I work as a social worker and case manager at Central Valley Community Resources, providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need. With over 2 years of experience in these roles, I have developed core competencies in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. My mission is to use technology as a tool for social change and empowerment, and to inspire others to do the same.
