Worked in automating the latch-up testing system for integrated circuits. Programmed a GUI in Python which parses the request file for testing parameters, remotely executes the latch-up test using multiple source-measure units (SMUs), and generates a results file which indicates if latch-up has occurred within the component. Created Lua (TSP/SCPI) scripts for the SMUs that runs the tests and complies to the JEDEC standard for latch-up testing.
