I graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. While in school I worked at Western Nevada College as a Lab Assistant/Test Proctor. My duties as a lab assistant were to assist students in the computer lab, answer phone calls and emails, use Excel to organize appointments and scheduling, proctor tests, maintain student testing records, and mail paper tests to professors. After graduation I worked at Tesla as a Production Associate. As an associate I built battery modules for Model 3 cars. At Tesla I learned how to multi task and work in a fast paced environment. I used HMI programs to scan and track materials, solved daily problems, used various types of tools and machines to build modules, and worked with many teams of people to achieve goals. I then worked at Big 5 Sporting Goods as a Management Trainee. I have gained experience in customer service, leadership, and business. As a trainee I maintained and organized the stock room, accounted for money made in each cash register, provided customer service, operated multiple phone lines, organized hundreds of shoes, tracked shipping and receiving of merchandise using Sim application, and maintained records of defective or recalled merchandise.I currently work at Patagonia as a merchandise processor where I use sku numbers to pick merchandise, attach correct bar code stickers and place them on conveyor belts to be sent through the corresponding wave.
