Current• Partner with Microsoft to support clients on NAV/BC.• Apply knowledge and use of resources to resolve client issues.• Clearly communicate project expectations and timelines.• Maintain a personable relationship with clients to improve support experience.• Adhere to company wide chargeability requirements and timekeeping guidelines.• Advanced experience of Cash Management module from NAV Classic to Business Central.• Adept at working in Azure enabling Oauth security configuration and transitioning dependent services.• Proficient with SmartConnect break/fix and implementation with regards to Business Central.
