Transaction Advisory – • Analyze and validate financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions. • Review and analyze financial policies, financial statements, and income statements. • Assist internal assurance teams and external contractors to help review and/or create cash flow, working capital and financial projections.• Assist assurance and tax teams to assess business value drivers, analyze transaction value, and purchase price allocation. • Coordinate with clients and assist business valuation team(s) to identify key valuation techniques through effective analysis.• Assist tax teams to assess and identify the ideal transaction type/structure and optimal post-transaction relationship to optimize proceeds, minimize risk and reduce impact on the organization.
