John Blue Company manufactures liquid fertilizer pumps and other related equipment. I work with customers to insure that they get the correct equipment for their application. I provide support to the customers in the field to keep them up and running. I stay abreast of new products and practices to increase our sales with new products and properly educating customers on existing products. I am also a certified ISO auditor. In that role I conduct internal audits to insure that our standards are followed to maintain the high quality of products that our customers have come to expect from us. I was appointed by our Sales Director to the newly formed quality team that is comprised of sales, engineering, and production personnel. The purpose of this team is to address current product concerns and devise solutions to quality issues and reviewing upcoming product releases.

Stanly Family Farm is a beef cattle and hay operation located in Northeast Madison County AL. It started as a 20 acre stocker cattle operation in 1996. I now manage operations on 160 acres for cattle and hay production. I also custom harvest another 60 acres of hay and other custom farming operations for other cattlemen in the area as well as hauling hay and livestock. I am responsible for day to day operations such as feeding cattle, equipment operation and maintenance and facility maintenance, as well as budgeting, marketing, and planning and executing purchases for future needs. I also feed beef for custom slaughter.

I managed a group of employees to meet sales and profit goals set for our location. I managed day to day operations of the store. I met with customers to help them with their individual needs.
