Duties as Regional Sales Manager included:• Responsible for generating $1.5mil annual sales revenue in the Midwest territory• Increased sales volume by 35% in 2013• Created sales through direct support of over 100 distributor sales reps in wholesale distribution networks via proactive communication, continuous support, product education, and strategic product/application promotion programs• Found and led the company to new distribution networks through previously unknown trade organizations resulting in key partnerships, innovative new markets and sales revenue growth• First employee in company history to generate business and a private label program with a “big box store”, Menards, Inc.
