Through my promotion, I am now entrusted with teaching new employees the roles and functions within all aspects of the court. I draft progress reports and have frequent meetings with management to make sure all employees are excelling in their new roles and are appropriately hitting all of the milestones in the Maryland Judiciary. I am responsible for many employees and I am tasked with developing unique strategies based on each employee's strengths and weaknesses to help them grow into their now role.
