As a CSTM at Ocado Retail Ltd, I deliver customer orders to their homes with efficiency and care. I have been working in this role for almost a year, and I enjoy providing excellent service and satisfaction to our clients. Before joining Ocado, I worked as a warehouse worker at Pets at Home, where I picked orders using a LLOP that were sent off to different branches around the country. These experiences have helped me develop my problem-solving, order-picking, and stock-picking skills, which I apply in my current position.I am a reliable, hardworking, and friendly team player, who values collaboration and communication. I work well with my colleagues and managers, and I always support them when needed. I am also motivated to learn new skills and improve my performance, as I want to grow and advance in my career.
