I returned to study after a 3 years of working for a geotechnical contractor in drilling and sheet piling, both in the metropolitan area as well as FIFO. Through this experience I developed a solid work ethic which was subsequently used to complete both a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sport Science with 1st class honours, and a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy. My Honours thesis was titled “Training load and performance in endurance cross country mountain biking”. Through completing this I have developed skills in data analysis and cohort management. While completing honours I was employed as a tutor at the university, teaching anywhere between 15 and 30 students in the areas of exercise physiology and functional anatomy. This developed my skills as an educator which has positioned me well to be able to educate my patients very thoroughly as a Physiotherapist. Over the past 3 years I have been working as a sports trainer at the West Coast Eagles. This has been an opportunity to learn from the top level Physiotherapists and work with elite level athletes. I am a hard worker who is passionate and driven to achieve the best possible outcomes for my patients whilst supporting and developing a business wherever possible.
