Throughout the summer I have been challenged with multiple case study analysis and presentations, investments and insurance reports, portfolio tracking, advisor development programs, and local marketing strategy preparation. At the Iowa State Fashion Show, one of the largest student run fashion shows in the nation, I served as a Public Relations Director. My role was focused on managing outreach efforts and creating professional connections with businesses in the Ames area. I led a committee of 8 students to create donation giveaways, facilitating off-campus marketing efforts, and organizing a bi-weekly newsletter.

As the public relations chair of my fraternity, I was primarily in charge of social media communications. This included organizing posts for our Instagram, Facebook, and our chapter's website. I created digital graphics and promotional videos using adobe products like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premier Pro. Other tasks included strategic planning for how to create professional and recognizable branding, marketing for the purpose of recruitment, and collaborating with other student organizations.

A famous Iowa State tradition, Yell Like Hell is an event put on by fraternity and sorority pairings during the week of Homecoming. In this appropriatly named event, teams are painted in cardinal and gold and yell chants accompanied by dances that focus on Iowa State spirit and its traditions. Over the course of four months, Co-Chairs work together to plan a theme, write a script, choreograph dances, and coach three weekly practices to create the final performance. Lip Sync is a show choir style performance featuring a scripted storyline and choreographed dances.
