As a young man I learned hard work pays off by growing up in a small delta town working on farms. After graduating college with a wildlife ecology degree I began my career and obtained vast experience working outdoors for federal and state wildlife agencies in the state of Arkansas! Since changing careers to the commercial insurance market I have been a direct agent for Church Mutual exceeding my goals every year since I began 5 years ago. I have developed strong networking and relational building skills through hard work and my diverse background. Awards are Rookie of the year, 2X 500k club, 2X Division Leader, and top 5 non Profit Leader!
