- Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reporting on company’s current and projected state of BIM technology use, implementation, constant assessment of current workflow processes and strategies to increase production and efficiency for all in the BIM Department.- Responsible for all BIM standards development, implementation, training and oversight of the day-to-day department activities.- Responsible for all hardware and software support related to BIM production, including troubleshooting, company liaison for software vendors and technology support staff.- Created entire Revit family library to be used for modeling purposes, clash and coordination efforts with other construction trades, generating shop drawings for field use and prefabrication purposes, and material take-offs.- Champion of the “I” in BIM, utilizing the “Information” from the BIM to the fullest extent possible, such as off-site prefabrication opportunities such as overhead conduit racks, panel and equipment layouts in electrical rooms, cable tray runs, underground conduit racks, trapeze hangers and supports and total station layout.- Use of Dynamo Visual Programming Revit add-on and C# programming to create Dynamo workflows, add-ins, macros and other applications to increase modeling and detailing efficiency as well as run concurrent QA/QC processes to ensure model accuracy.- Liaison between BIM Department and all other departments within the company, helping improve interdepartmental communication and collaboration.- Head of Innovated Process and Design Committee, a group of individuals from different departments responsible for improving productivity and efficiency company-wide by pushing the limits of what is accepted as industry standards to ensure Greiner Electric is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology.

- Created fully-parametric Revit Family Library and other Revit templates for Low Voltage Electrical systems (i.e. fire alarms, security devices, data/telecom devices, etc.) capable of exporting data into schedules to be used for Prefabrication purposes.- Experience modeling conduit runs, cable tray runs and devices, as well as clashing and coordinating the design against other trades using Navisworks.- Ability to work with a team on large Revit models, such as Denver VA Medical Center and coordinating with other building trades.- Ability to create 4D and 5D Presentation Models using Navisworks. Understands core and advanced features of Navisworks such as Timeliner, Appearance Profiler, Viewpoints, Clash Detection and other navigation tools.- Experience using basic and advanced Revit tools such as levels sections, details, visibility/graphics settings, schedules, legends, tags, worksets, title blocks, importing/exporting CAD and Revit files, fully-parametric families including complex to apply formulas to apply constraints to families.- Leader of BIM Process and Standards Committee. In charge of coordinating meeting times, delegating tasks and implementing processes and procedures to improve and grow the BIM Department.

- Experience processing survey data, building and designing 3D surfaces and drafting construction plan sets for small and large projects, varying from 10-250 sheets.- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, meeting various deadlines for over twenty different airports across the U.S.- Experience using 3D Polylines, feature lines, points and Civil 3D grading tools to design runways, taxiways, and other airside and landside pavements and projects.- Grading, drainage, erosion control and pipe network design.- Played major role in creating company drawing templates, including label styles, blocks, pipe networks, parts lists, layers and line types, increasing productivity company-wide.- Experience with creating/modifying xrefs, blocks, alignments, profiles, labels, pipe networks and surfaces.- Effective use of layout tabs to increase efficiency, productivity (up to 60%) and overall consistency throughout plan set.- Experience analyzing surfaces, cut/fill volumes, quantity take-offs.- Created multiple conceptual designs for new Airport Terminal buildings using Revit.
