In my role as Client Success Manager, I am responsible for product knowledge, process improvement, and client success. I proactively help customers by showing them the value of the product, training on the best practice and tailoring processes specific for there needs. I build lasting relationships with our industry clients by serving as the first line of communication for all their product needs. Through onsite training, troubleshooting, and data analysis, I ensure customers achieve optimal use of product.I am involved in product development by ensuring customer feedback is included in product roadmap.Experience in quality assurance and beta testing applications, leading to a bug free user experience. Experience with project management and interdepartmental communication, being able to process real world data and give reliable feedback to different departments.Being a wearer of many hats has helped me develop strong product and process skills.
