Whether in the context of leading motivated teams to exceptional outcomes, framing success, delivering top-quality strategies to clients, or searching for a new opportunity – leading myself and others with clear Purpose, cultivating great relationships, and harnessing my Passion to consistently deliver above-and-beyond are my guiding principles. After a decade of leading teams to generate record-breaking growth, I pursued a long-standing goal of starting my own business in 2020. I’m proud of my respectable roster of clients – from Morgan Stanley to a Los Angeles-based travel-focused start-up – less than a year after launching my full-service marketing and growth strategy consultancy. I attribute my initial success to the many supportive talented team members, peers, managers, and affiliates of my prior days at organizations ranging in size from F200 to mid-stage start-ups, including JetBlue Airways, Carnival Corporation, Royal Caribbean Group & Uplift, Inc. Going out on my own has (no surprise!) been exciting and challenging. Realizing that I feel a greater sense of accomplishment when delivering great work with a team, as part of a larger organization, has ranked among the more ‘challenging.’ Thus, I’m seeking a new, FT opportunity in the marketing / growth / business strategy world, with an established organization in the fintech / leisure / services sector. One in which I can leverage the experience I’ve garnered in strategic marketing and media planning in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B realms, account management, loyalty, partnerships, product management, pricing and revenue strategy, and international and domestic, cross-functional leadership. In addition to landing a role within these functions, I hope to contribute the management skills for which I’m most regularly recognized: distilling big data (from one or many places/platforms/partners) into actionable recommendations, team development, cross-functional leadership, client relationship excellence, and executive influence.When I’m not helping my clients grow their businesses or focused on my next opportunity, you can find me volunteering as a foster parent and child advocate or performing stand-up routines on topics ranging from family to pop-culture and everyday life…
