• Foster a life-long love of music and dance through movement games and activities with children ages 2-4. • Instruct students (ages 4-9) in the fundamental techniques of classical ballet, tap dance, and hip-hop through movement combinations and games. • Aid student development of musicality, coordination, and motor skills through various dance styles and movement activities. • Choreograph large group pieces to be performed on annual recitals.

• Accompany vocalists and the congregation and the church choir for weekly Wednesday and Sunday church services. • Plan and facilitate weekly church choir rehearsals. • Select music that coordinates with the church liturgy and calendar cycle and is appropriate for singers. • Perform solo vocal works aligned with weekly sermons, bible readings, and other church holidays.

● Grade college student assignments and provide them with helpful and timely feedback to enhance their learning in the course. ● Create supplemental course materials for Spanish department use regarding student vocabulary, games, verb conjugations, verb usage, among others. ● Track student attendance at Spanish honor house events and conversation tables.

• Serve as a business professional promoting the theatrical arts and arts education in the Yankton community.• Instruct students (ages 6-18) the fundamentals of stage presence, singing (clarity, diction, characterization), and character development. • Manage social media platforms to promote workshops and performance opportunities for youth. • Ensure compliance with State and Federal Non-profit organization requirements with regards to financial matters and public engagement. • Communicate with local and state arts associations to promote the presence of Arts Education in schools within Yankton and South Dakota, more broadly. • Organize and facilitate fundraising events, weekly rehearsals and performances, recruitment of actors and musicians, and securing performance rights and spaces for productions.

• Wrote composer biographies and selected choral pieces for the "Musical Moments" program. • Worked closely with Philip Brunelle to send biographies to living composers, secure photo copyright permissions, and update the VocalEssence website and YouTube channel. • Made the VocalEssence website a bilingual resource for non-English speaking choral conductors throughout Minnesota and the United States.• Assist the development of a searchable database of featured composers and repertoire selections for choral conductors and music educators.
