We have worked on startups and SME's and have specialized in SEM, SEO, Email, Meta, KOL management and Guerrilla marketing for community growth.One of our best performances for a Fishing and Camping ecommerce customer was taking their online store from $0 to $7M in the first year with a x15 ROI including agency fees. We used the channels of SEM, SEO, Meta and Email in sync with one another to create an omnichannel approach and flood the market with the same messaging over and over again. Focused on the retention of clients along with the deliverables for performance to ensure our clients were making money online via SEM, SEO, Email and Meta. Some of my wins:Sold the agency's biggest ever website sale at $54,200.Held a customer retention rate of 92% and increased MRR by $41.8k up to $156.3k (total book size) across 8 clients in Q3 2023 alone ($30k in upgrades after taking retention into account) and outperformed the entire sales team (7 people) in my upgrades alone in Q3 2023.

Took control as CMO for a 3 month contract to help fundraise $55M. Implemented growth hacking tactics across all social channels to create hype. Introduced the team to a systematic process for centralized marketing efforts for more streamlined team movements. Created a functional marketing task system to improve on team scalability and output. Created token strategies to help price support and growth. Implemented Guerilla Marketing strategies to create unprecedented amounts of hype for all releases from the organization.In this process I was able to take their community from just 50k and grow it to over 800k in size across Twitter (X), Telegram and Discord. This was a huge feat that was achieved through understanding the market at the time, implementing the right strategies and having the right funding to push extreme growth.
