Field Service Engineer
Current- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Segra's telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure at client sites.- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues related to connectivity and equipment performance.- Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to client services while improving network efficiency.- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and customer interactions to ensure compliance and facilitate future support.- Educate clients on equipment usage and best practices, enhancing their understanding and maximizing the effectiveness of Segra's services.
