Business Development Manager - Dealer Growth And Distribution
CurrentKey Responsibilities:- Open new prepaid and postpaid stores, coordinating contracts, approvals, grand openings, construction, sales ramps, and financial incentives.- Support dealers in identifying real estate, lease negotiations, and approvals, while overseeing dealer consolidation with finance and field teams.- Develop go-to-market strategies for new owners, ensuring successful sales ramps and revenue targets, while reviewing business plans and cash flow statements.- Lead monthly and quarterly reviews on store growth, consolidation plans, and relocations, collaborating with HQ and field teams.- Attract, interview, and approve new business partners, reviewing criteria for multi-store owners, and ensuring compliance with legal agreements.- Provide monthly executive summaries on project status, while analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
