All this is delivered in regular business reviews and used to help develop client specific strategic blueprints to ensure my customer's success. As team lead I help develop the Customer Success team by developing department best practices, train other team members, create department material such as business review templates, and represent Kibo's clients to company executives and stakeholders.

Lead a team of six Americans in Ethiopia for one year, in which we collaborate with long-term Ethiopian staff, help launch self-sustaining spiritual movements, mentor university students, and jumpstart the international growth of the organization.Raised over $80,000 in six months, through more than 100 personal presentations. Daily envision, motivate, and empower university students to start spiritual movements on their campus.Collaborate with local Ethiopian and American colleagues to foster growth of spiritual movements on local universities, and to expand to neighboring cities and countries.
