About Blake Bowersock

Blake has been sharing his strengths of strategy, creativity, and empathy with clients since his consulting career began in 2003. He spent his first eight years with Accenture based in Dallas, TX, building skills and relationships supporting global clients in planning and preparing for workplace disruptions driven by organizational and technology changes. Between 2011 and 2016, Blake helped rebuild EY’s change management practice based out of Chicago, and in 2015 relocated to Charlotte, NC. Blake continued his client service as an independent contractor focusing exclusively on organization design supporting Lowe’s Home Improvement’s HR Organization for nearly three years. He continued building his org design experience through Kates Kesler starting in 2019 and was brought back into Accenture through acquisition in 2020. In 2021, Blake returned to independent organization design consulting before joining North Highland in 2022 to continue focusing on Retail and CPG clients struggling to bridge strategy and execution.
