-Exercise Operational Control over company flight operations in accordance with 14CFR135.619 as an Operational Control Specialist.-Review and Complete risk analysis for 170+ helicopter and 50+ fixed-wing (airplane) EMS air ambulance operations to include various factors related to Weather, NOTAMs, AIRMETS/SIGMETS, and PIREPs. - Approve or Decline flights based on risk assessment, operational factors, weather, TFRs, FARs, MEL, etc. - Monitor flight activity, providing pilots a resource for weather, airspace, aircraft systems, landing areas, company GOM & Policies and Procedures etc. When necessary, direct flights to divert for weather or abort due to increasing risk factors.- Completed Special Project in coordination with Safety Department and Operations Safety Officers to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to flight operations aborts related to weather, icing, winds, and various other aeronautical weather phenomena. Represented data geographically on a heatmap within our geographic scope of operations.

- Verify each flight on certified aircraft meet FAR Part 135/91K regulations for legal crew, aircraft, and trip- Optimize aircraft and crew routings using ASTRO/BOLD IQ software- Send detailed trip itineraries to flight crews- Flight follow all Executive Air Share fractional and managed aircraft- Arrange trip logistical and service items as necessary to support client and crew- Arrange for landing and over-flight permits, clearances, ground handling, security needs, customs for domestic and international destinations- Provide required documentation for and communicate with various government agencies for domestic and international destinations, including Customs and Border Protection as applicable- Coordinate aircraft movement in concert with the Pilot in Command to ensure that all airspace and airport restrictions are complied with, and to ensure that all aircraft support services are available and notified- Reduce operating costs while maintaining high service levels- Advanced planning for aircraft and flight crew, including aircraft schedule demand and crew training- Provide executive level customer service to internal and external customers- Work on call, rotating shift, nights and weekends as required.

-Trip planning and scheduling as required by the Officers of Sprint. -Plan trips accounting for: Airport destination research Weather planning and monitoring, Ground logistics support, International trip planning, Flight following, Flight planning logistical support, Crew coordination and briefing, Familiarity with all current government and corporate travel advisories and requirements-Maintains flight logs. -Provide crews with trip briefs. - Communicate between the Officers, Executive Assistants, flight crews, dispatchers, vendors and management.

- Maintain compliance of FAA and Jeppesen navigation publications for a fleet of 40+ business aircraft. - Create and distribute company manuals: General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, Management Specifications, and Flight Binders. - Ensure manufacturer Technical Publications are distributed and updated for the fleet. - Utilize FOS and Bold IQ (ASTRO) Scheduling software to coordinate logistics among aircraft, crewmembers, and managers in a dynamic fractional schedule. - Monitor and assist with aircraft related logistics for the fleet, including new aircraft acquisition. - Distribute and monitor changing registrations for the fractional and managed fleet.- Administrator of Jeppesen NavData and Charts, XM, Honeywell, Rockwell/Collins, Cessna/Embraer/Beechcraft Tech Pubs, AirWatch & Garmin accounts. - Helped gain iPad Mini approval as EFB, conducting EMI testing, developing deployment procedures, administrating AirWatch controls.
