The Manager of Client Services oversees regionally focused teams, responsible for the successful delivery & management of Edgenuity offerings and corresponding programs, training, professional development, & usage data. Oversaw and ensured compliance for the Harris County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program, the alternative education program for all youth expelled in Harris County. Coordinated daily operations of all JPD Education Services office staff. Responsible for all duties in previous capacity as Development Manager • Utilized range of crisis management techniques and oversight to ensure quality education program for population of students with serious behavioral and academic issues• Served as liaison between Harris County and for-profit education providers to ensure quality delivery of student services

Created and maintained a comprehensive development program for the Education Services Division including management, administration and evaluation of departmental grants and programs. • Utilized technical writing skills to secure national, state and local grant funds for student programs (approximately $1M in total grant funding annually)

Coordinated social services, via school counseling staff and social service providers, for middle and high school for at-risk youth. Coordinated provider treatment referrals for students. Operated the CEP Student Service Center (12 full-time staff representing 5 social service agencies). Note: CEP is a national for-profit education company serving at-risk youth.
