A Graduate of the University of Alabama, majored in MIS and received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce & Business Administration. While studying at Alabama I also maintained a student employee position with Alabama Athletics as an IT Help Desk technician. It's there where I first gained "real world" IT experience and learned how to be a part of a team and to hold myself accountable for getting things done the right way in a timely manner.After Graduation in May of 2009 I took an immediate position with Capstone Bank in Tuscaloosa, AL where I continued to grow in the field of Technology for over 8 years. With Capstone operating as a community bank the IT department was small therefore I was able to gain knowledge in many different areas, while also working closely with vendors to learn new technologies.In September of 2017 I left the bank and financial world for the medical field by accepting a Systems Administration position with The Radiology Clinic in Tuscaloosa, AL. Shortly after I began the leadership of the company discovered a service need within many medical clinics in town which created the spinoff Healthcare MSP, Simplified Medical Management, where I resided as the Director of IT Service.In the Spring of 2020, I accepted an opportunity to return to the financial industry and lead the Service & Support staff at Alabama ONE Credit Union.
