After college I started out in the software industry where I worked for several years developing enterprise technology solutions for two large corporations - Dell, and Callaway Golf.After 10 years I decided to broaden my professional capabilities and joined a great software consulting company in Austin - Headspring Systems. At Headspring I was given the opportunity to deliver great business value in various industries using custom technology solutions. Consulting for a smaller company also allowed me to manage projects and customer expectations along with helping to grow the consulting business profitably and predictably by helping design and implement Headspring's sales and account management practices.In 2010 I decided to make a big change both personally and professionally by moving from Austin back to Kerrville, Texas, the town where I was raised.
