During my day I am responsible for opening the shop, cleaning cars, filling cars with fuel, airing up tires of cars on the lot, dropping off as well as picking up cars, and so on. I do the shop laundry along with making sure the shop is neat and orderly. I also walk the lot regularly to ensure all cars on the lot are clean and ready for sale. I would also assist customers anyway that I could.

During my final two weeks at Meijer, I was informed that they were pulling out of Michigan and moving the business to Kentucky. While there i attended auctions, detailed, listed, and sold cars. Terry's son Tim was the mechanic so many days i would be working on classics learning from him. I also learned minor paint and body correction during my time with them. I would assist on trips when we bought classic cars from out of state, and even came back to Michigan for them and purchased a 1958 Impala from Grand Rapids. At this position many days it was a one-man crew. I would be responsible to open 3 skeet fields, the sporting clay course, and the 5-stand course. This consisted of opening the doors of the skeet machines, making sure all machines were fully stocked and all in proper working condition.
