About Blake Schultz

Over the last decade I have been a part of as many facets of the entertainment industry as possible. Believing that the audience is an important part of the movie process, I have found my place as the Senior Manager of Recruitment at Screen Engine ASI. I am passionate about how consumers interact with and relate to stories, and do my best to connect people with the stories that will matter to them. Seeing the trends in audience behavior is a key element in my work and in my life. Outside of my key role, I write features, shorts and whatever else I can. Stories I create focus on growth, learning about yourself and often are in the comedy and/or horror genre. Finally I host and produce independent podcasts that span film, toys, and music. All about the history of the area and how understanding where the art came from can teach us to innovate it. I also am passionate about inclusion, mental health, work life balance and feeling safe and content in your work place and life.
