With over 20 years of military service and 16 years in U.S. Army Special Operations, I am a seasoned Program Manager and leader with a proven record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments. I have extensive experience in team building, planning, risk management, stakeholder relations, and strategic communication, as well as a strong background in internal & external marketing and problem solving. As a Program Manager and Supervisor at United States Army Special Operations Command, I oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring they align with the strategic vision and the objectives of the organization. I also mentor and coach junior leaders and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. I am passionate about the environment and conservation, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Forest Resource Conservation with a focus on ecological restoration.
