With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am the co-owner of Clancy's Hospitality which consists of eight successful restaurants in Indiana & Ohio: The Fountain Room, Grindstone Public House, Grindstone on the Monon, Michaelangelo's Italian Bistro, Grindstone Charley's, and Clancy's Hamburgers. My passion is to create and operate restaurants that offer outstanding food, service, and design. Clancy’s Hospitality restaurants strive to have soul, that have character and reflect the culture of their communities.I have a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Professional Selling from Ball State University, and I leverage my skills in social networking and menu development to attract and retain customers, and to differentiate my restaurants from the competition. I also pride myself on coaching and empowering my staff to deliver warm and technically excellent hospitality, and to treat our customers as guests in our own home. My mission is to make hospitality a transformative force in the community, and to bring joy and fun to every dining experience. I also sit on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Restaurant & Lodging Association.
