Structural Life Extension Program involving complete tear down, modifying, repairing, buildup and testing of T-45 aircraft. D and O level maintenance repairing and testing of all flight controls, hydraulic systems, landing gear, sheet metal repairs, modification, and fabrication.Compliance with engineering drawings and instructions including removal of fasteners, reaming, cold working, honing, dye penetration, and manufacturing to within two ten thousandths of an inch tolerance.

Interprets engineering drawings to accomplish structural modifications on military aircraft from minor structural component changes to large full-scale structural fabrication.Uses all types of aircraft structural maintenance tools to locate, fit, drill, modify, ensure electrical bonding and install components in supplied modification kits in accordance with engineering drawings.

Managed oversight and review of the maintenance department to ensure strict adherence to Maintenance Programs, Operating Procedures, Advisories, and Safety Regulations.Created approved troubleshooting and maintenance practices when systems knowledge lacked from fleet support teams and engineers.Advanced understanding and experience in diagnostics, repair, and modification for Landing gear systems, Flight control systems, Power Plant Systems, Hydraulics, Airframe Structure, Inspections, Documentation, Troubleshooting, and Subsystems.Perform, review, and verify scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, repair, diagnostics, operations, and overhaul of aircraft.Supervised 50 personnel to ensure safe/uninterrupted mission support.Managed maintenance programs to include Hydraulic Contamination Control, Tool Control, Tire/Wheel, Safety, Corrosion Prevention/Control, Hazardous Material Control, Emergency Reclamation, Embark, and Manpower Utilization with 100% inspection and safety rate.Skilled in effective timely repair and maintenance of aircraft.
