Responsibilities include management of (PRC) Product Review Center.Testing lab used for analysis and validation of customer / consumer product claims, agency compliance testing,research and product development,supplier certification,quality control audits,sourcing compliance and training facility for the following product categories: Kerosene Forced Air HeatingKerosene Radiant HeatingGas Forced Air HeatingGas Radiant HeatingGas Convection HeatingElectric HeatingQuartz Electric HeatingEvaporation CoolersElectric FansConcept development of new products and design improvements to existing products.Preform product compliance testing for new product lines.Then offer consulting to international manufacturers on needed changes for compliance with domestic or international target markets. Work directly with international joint venture and proprietary manufacturing facilities providing multi level support with production management,sourcing,implementing IQC,IPQC,OQC programs,identifying and resolving manufacturing process issues,root cause analysis of manufacturing defects.Train International QC employees on designed SOP processes for quality management, supply management,production management and manufacturing management.Provide continual education training classes for customer service representatives,technical service representative groups domestic and internationally. Training them on troubleshooting and repair methods of all products. Provide knowledge based training and information presentations to sales representative groups domestically and internationally to increase sales.Product life tests and failure testing on existing products and develop changes to improve product quality.Assist technical editing department with proof reading technical information assuring owners manuals agency compliance.Containing proper customer information on product usage and safety. Implement international / domestic re work projects on finished goods.

Responsible for CSA,CSA.US,AGA,TUV,BV,UL,EU RhOS testing on kerosene,LP,natural gas heating products.Build prototype / concept products,test for agency compliance and assist manufacturing into development of production finished good.Product life tests and failure testing on existing products and develop changes to implement changes in the manufacturing environment.Compliance and analysis testing of kerosene heating,gas forced air heating,vent free heating,vented heating,outdoor heating products.Design and fabricate fixtures for manufacturing / assembly processes.Design and fabricate fixtures for agency compliance testing.Work directly with international joint venture and proprietary manufacturing facilities providing multi level support with production management,sourcing,implementing IQC,IPQC,OQC programs,identifying and resolving manufacturing process issues,root cause analysis of manufacturing defects.Product life tests and failure testing on existing products and develop changes to improve product quality.Train International QC employees on designed SOP processes for quality management, supply management,production management and manufacturing management.Preform domestic re work projects on finished goods already introduced into consumer market.
