• Wrote and/or edited, in collaboration with environmental engineers and scientists, water and wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance manuals, long and complex reports, assessments, studies, guides, work.
• Planned, coordinated, and executed the word processing, document and table formatting (including the creation of automated templates), assembly, electronic publishing, and quality checks for large technical documents.
