I manage day to day operations of the $2 million smallwares department in the warehouse in Colton, CA. Duties include keeping shelves well stocked, placing special orders, managing and tracking purchase orders. High level of multitasking is required in this position. Working with customers to insure they get what they need to run their restaurants in an efficiant manner. I oversee one person in my department in this position.

With my position at State Restaurant Equipment, I got an opportunity to change industries. I also got the chance to move from a production environment to distributor. Duties include taking and processing orders from many of the major hotel/casinos in Las Vegas. In this exciting position, I talk directly to many of the upper-management positions in the city regarding restaurant supplies such as china, glassware and flatware.

I started as Customer Service Supervisor in the designer division of Authentic Fitness Corporation. Eventually, my duties evolved into a position when gave me the privilege to run vital informational reports for upper-management and the entire staff of the company, using Excel.

In starting my career in Customer Service, my many opportunities at Sirena Apparel Group allowed me to work directly with sales representatives and customers around the country. Major duties included processing orders for customer around the United State, including major department stores with hundreds of outlets.
