- Advising 3,000+ students on policies, course scheduling, curriculum, study abroad, and graduation checks to foster personal, academic, and professional success - Collaborating with other peer advisors to work on projects for the college, optimize office procedures, and maximize the support provided to students - Assisting students directly in their graduation plans to increase graduation rates in the Orfalea College of Business, the highest in the CSU system at 83% in four years- Underwent a 10-week, 100+ hour intensive training to become well versed on OCOB’s curriculum, policies, and procedures
