CrossFit Kivnon opened its doors in June 2013 with 600 square feet, two classes a day, and about ten members. Since those humble beginnings we have moved twice to accomodate our quickly growing community. We have been at our current home since February 2015 where we offer over 45 classes each week including regular WODs, as well as specialty courses such as mobility, gymnastics, fundamentals, and CrossFit Kids!Those who join start out wanting to get fit or stay fit. Though our workouts are programmed to make you stronger and faster, it is the community at Kivnon that will keep you coming back. Commander Naval Surface Forces - Pacific N44. Reserves Activation.Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWE) advocate for Cruiser Class Ships. Directly supervised 3 officers and 1 civilian in identifying, tracking and coordinating solutions to class issues and assignment to SWE stakeholders to ensure issue resolution. Planned and coordinated Reserve Unit support to Pacific Fleet ships to include drill weekends and annual trainings.*Ranked #1 Lieutenant – Evaluator commenting “Ready to be an Officer in Charge”, “Ready now for Senior Leadership!”*Planned and implemented 360 man days of Reserve Unit support and 1500 man hours of drill time correcting 4000 material discrepancies on Pacific Fleet ships.*Awarded Navy Achievement Medal for superior performance

Responsible for daily operations on site including cost estimating and bidding, organization of subcontractors, project schedules and forecasts, interpretation of drawings for tradesmen, review of engineering deliverables, generating redlining drawings, regular project status reports, budget monitoring and trend tracking, monthly subcontractor/owner billings and quality control management.*Directly supervised/managed $5 million project onsite at Veterans Administration Medical Center San Diego. A 30,000 sq ft build out of medical and administrative offices. Directly supervised 21 sailors. * Qualified as Non-compliant VBSS Boarding Officer, a training regimen with an attrition rate of over 40%.* Spearheaded the creation, training and certification of the Non-compliant VBSS boarding team.
