Blake oversees the management for the company, reviewing revenues and establishing goals. As part of the overall cost evaluation and implementation of company initiatives, Blake ensures that TEC has a competitive advantage.Involved with pricing proposals, general sales performance and project estimates, Blake works closely with internal departments, and through the use of other sub-contractors before deciding which projects to pursue. Often times his role requires him to take on larger, complex structures and design-build projects where TEC inherits the risk from general contractors.With the V.P. of Pre-Construction, Blake reviews assets to confirm projects have the appropriate resources. He also works closely with the V.P. of Production and Project Management Director to help facilitate communication amongst the contractors and management teams.Specialties: Design-Build, Conceptual Costs Estimator, Mentor, and Management of Steel Projects.
