The Houston Wildcatters is a non-profit select baseball organization dedicated to providing Houston's youth athletes the opportunity to compete at the highest level, regardless of socioeconomic status.

- Prospecting new partnerships.- Maintaining sponsor relationships for university athletic programs.- Facilitating the creation and presentation of sponsorship packages designed to meet client’s objectives.- Collaborating with vendors, sponsors, property staff, and appropriate university athletic personnel to ensure implementation of sponsorships and contract fulfillment.

- Assisted in completing a Land Self-Audit to ensure all processes are compliant with SOP- Collaborated with landmen for drafting contracts to send to land owners, which promoted infill development, eliminated Railroad Commission violations and potential lawsuits with landowners-Acquired and developed a team to work on a financial claims project-Processed all invoices for the Eagle Ford Central area via SAP to ensure timely payments to our brokers

-Prepared a correction assignment to obtain and solidify record title from Noble Energy-Utilized company software (LeaseData, Dwights, and Excalibur) to locate and review local drilling activity-Assisted landmen in completion of daily duties-Negotiated with royalty owners to buy out their interest in various units-Analyzed and set-up various leases and contracts including Joint Operating Agreements, Farm-out agreements, and Wellbore Assignments in our company database
