I am a versatile strategic business advisor and general corporate and securities attorney to emerging companies and their investors. I am proud to be the founding member and leader of Orrick's Technology Companies Group practice in the Pacific Northwest. My practice focuses on advising fast growing, venture-backed technology and life sciences companies and their investors.I have counseled companies in multiple verticals, including clean energy, life sciences, software, hardware, mobile, fintech, gaming, robotics, virtual/augmented reality, digital media, advanced manufacturing, and retail.
