Since its inception in 2001, Mr. Izatt and the ABSi team have earned an outstanding reputation in the marketplace. They present real solutions to the dramatic increases in the employer costs of providing benefits to their employees. Through personalized One-to-One Benefits Communication, unique plan designs, and creative compensation strategies, ABSi assists employees to understand and appreciate their benefits while adding to the company “bottom-line”. ABSi is bold enough to address the root of the high-costs of healthcare, instead of just applying a bigger bandage. Since 2008, Blake has managed and run a benefits office in Bountiful, Utah under the dba of RBI Benefits. RBI Benefits maintains a strong partnership alliance with ABSi. Before establishing ABSi and RBI Benefits, Mr. Izatt was a Financial Representative and Sales Manager at New England Financial, a MetLife Company. Twice he earned the Group Agent of the Year award, representing the agent with the most group benefits business in Utah.Mr. Izatt also has experience as the Director of Human Resources for Magic Mill/Bosch in Salt Lake City, Utah. As Director, Mr. Izatt worked with management to initiate and maintain competitive benefit programs for employees. This unique perspective has helped ABSi to create services and programs designed to make life easier for the company HR professional involved in the day-to-day grind.Mr. Izatt is a husband and father of three. He completed a bachelor degree in English at Weber State University.
