Before establishing ABSi and RBI Benefits, Mr. Izatt was a Financial Representative and Sales Manager at New England Financial, a MetLife Company. Twice he earned the Group Agent of the Year award, representing the agent with the most group benefits business in Utah.Mr. Izatt also has experience as the Director of Human Resources for Magic Mill/Bosch in Salt Lake City, Utah. As Director, Mr. Izatt worked with management to initiate and maintain competitive benefit programs for employees. This unique perspective has helped ABSi to create services and programs designed to make life easier for the company HR professional involved in the day-to-day grind.Mr. Izatt is a husband and father of three. He completed a bachelor degree in English at Weber State University.
